Do you have an enquiry or require assistance regarding the plan management sign-up process, plan details, monthly statements, budgeting, using the app, or understanding payment options for support services, schedule a brief 10-minute callback with one of our friendly team members who will happily assist you. 

Support Navigator Consults

Enabled4Life is offering 30-minute consults with a Support Navigator, this service is designed to enhance participant supports and their experiences and facilitate a better understanding of the scheme and participant plans.

What can be covered during the 30-Minute consult:

  • Clarification on how funding can be utilised.
  • Explanation of different funding categories.
  • Guidance on actions needed as the plan approaches its conclusion.
  • Information on whom to contact for a plan review.
  • Definition and steps for handling changes in circumstances.
  • Assistance on requesting additional funding categories.
  • Review of goals to ensure alignment with the plan.
  • Any other inquiries related to your plan or funding.

It’s important to note that these consults are not intended to replicate or replace a Support Coordinator for those already funded for this service. The introduction of this service aims to provide transparent and timely support for those who require it, alleviating confusion or concerns about plans and the NDIS.

*Please be advised that all 30-minute consultations are fee-for-service and exclusively available for existing Enabled4Life Plan Managed Participants. To book this service, you must be funded for CB Improved Daily Living or Assistance with Daily Life. Following the conclusion of the consultations, Enabled4Life will proceed to invoice your plan accordingly.
