This website is provided by Enabled4Life Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 91 636 315 930 under the domain name www.enabled4life.com.au.By accessing, downloading or using this website and the information provided on it, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (‘Terms’), all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. In these Terms, any references to “us”, “we”, “this”, “our” or “Enabled4Life”, means Enabled4Life Enterprises Pty Ltd and any of its subsidiaries or business partners. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
About Enabled4Life
Enabled4Life is a nationally registered NDIS Plan Manager (Financial Intermediary).
Should you elect to be plan managed, the NDIS will provide funding for a registered plan manager to deliver basic administrative services.
If the NDIS approves your request to be plan managed, funding will be specifically allocated via Category 14 – CB Improved Life Choices.
Enabled4Life’s services are establishment meetings, plan setup, and monthly administration activities to pay your services providers from your plan managed budgets in accordance with current NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits.
An activity statement will be issued on the first of each month detailing the financial activity in your plan.
Claims made on this website or through Enabled4Life
Site users are bound by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, the Australian Taxation Office laws, and all other applicable Australian Laws when utilising the software and systems to make claims on this website or through Enabled4Life NDIS Plan Management.
At their discretion Enabled4Life Enterprises PTY LTD will not process invoices for providers that are over 90 days after the date of service delivery if it poses a risk to our clients, their funding, or Enabled4Life Enterprises PTY LTD.
Invoices submitted to Enabled4Life Enterprises PTY LTD which exceed 90 days after service delivery, may incur an administration or consultancy fee for the provider where further communication is necessary.
Use of this website
The information on this website is supplied on the condition that you will make your own determination as to the accuracy and usefulness of the information.
Enabled4Life reserves the right to make any changes to the information contained in and the layout of this website, including changes to its services.
